History of the Institute
E.U. Institute of Natural and Applied Sciences was established by the Decree Law No. 41 on the Organization of Higher Education Institutions, which entered into force on July 20, 1982. The aim of the Institute is to carry out graduate and doctoral education based on science and technical sciences at Ege University in line with the aims and principles of the Higher Education Law No. 2547 and within the framework of the provisions of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of Graduate Education Institutes and the Regulation on Graduate Education and Training. The Institute of Natural and Applied Sciences carries out postgraduate activities in the fields of Science, Agriculture, Engineering, Aquaculture and Multi-disciplinary fields in Master's and Non-Thesis Master's, Secondary Education Non-Thesis Master's and Doctorate programs, conducts joint doctoral programs with various universities, and conducts Industrial Doctorate Programs that train personnel for the industry.
